SearchAds – which is one of the few changes to App store announced by Apple earlier this year. The capability was included in iOS 10 when it went into beta, but now Apple has officially opened Search Ads services to developers.
Apple says that over 65 percent of App downloads via the App Store come from search results.
Apple also noting developers that Seach Ads can be setup “in few easy steps” and they will have full control over their Search Ads.
“Search Ads connect customers directly to download in one tap” says Apple.
Apple also promises Search Ads is designed to provide safe search experience for users, meaning a new standard for delivering relevant ads while respecting user privacy.
Developers can learn what is and isn’t acceptable when using Search Ads by reading their Advertising Policies.
The deal is “Apple is offering $100 in SearchAds credit to new users, allowing everyone to briefly try the benefits for a limited period of time.”
